Of pear shape with everted rim, the body carved in low relief with a boy holding a scroll inscribed with four-characters reading Yi Tuan He Qi (One thousand happiness) 

 

The subject of a boy holding a scroll on which is written the phrase Yi Tuan He Qi, was a popular at Court, The Palace Museum has a scroll painting by Zhu Jianshen (1447-1487), of the early Ming Dynasty Interregnum period. A Qing Dynasty woodblock  of the subject from Jiangsu provence can be found in the Suzhou Taohuawu Museum.
